What is the cancellation and Refund Policy for DX Drift?

 Cancellation and Refund Policy for DX Drift

 Cancellation by the Customer:

  • More than 7 days before the drifting day: Full refund or option to reschedule.
  • Less than 3 days before the drifting day: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible based on availability.
  • Less than 24 hours before the drifting day: No refund.

 

Cancellation by DX Drift:

  • In the event DX Drift cancels due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Customers can reschedule their bookings once with no penalty if done more than 3 days prior to the drifting day date.
  • Rescheduling less than 3 days before the drifting day may incur an additional fee.

 

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued through the original payment method.
