FAQs
DO I NEED TO HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE TO DRIFT?
Not at all! No driving license is required to learn or practise drift. Our young drifters are as young as 14 years old. However, basic driving knowledge is appreciated, especially manual transmission.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE &HEIGHT REQUIRED FOR THE PASSENGER EXPERIENCE?
Drift Taxi is for thrill-seekers 10 years and up. As long as you’re 160–190 cm tall, you can experience the smoke, speed, and sideways slides. A Parental waiver must be signed for those under 18 years old. Participants must carry a valid ID or Passport showing their date of birth.
CAN I REQUEST FOR A VIDEO/SOCIAL MEDIA COVERAGE?
Absolutely! 🎥 We offer add-on packages to capture your sideways adventure. Imagine: smoke clouds, screaming tires, and your grin on camera — perfect Insta reel material. Just book it in advance and let us make you drift-famous.
IS IT SAFE?
Yes, 100%. Our drift cars may look wild, but under the hood they’re equipped with roll cages, racing seats, pro harnesses, and maintained by our in-house garage. We practise drift in a safe and controlled environment. Our drivers are highly professional, experienced and know how to thrill while keeping you secure. It’s heart-racing fun with peace of mind.
We’re happy to report that in years of operation, we have never had any accident on injury level, and our casualty ratio is ZERO.
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN/ FAMILY/ GUEST WITH ME?
Yes, they are allowed. Visitors are welcome to sit on the outdoor deck at our locations and watch drift drivers. Drifting isn’t just an activity — it’s a spectacle. Bring your crew and make it a day out.
CAN MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY COME WATCH?
Absolutely! Drifting is a spectacle — the smoke, the sound, the sideways madness. Bring them along, let them cheer you on, and watch their jaws drop as you nail those drifts. Better yet, convince them to jump in too — drifting is way more fun when you share the thrill

We recommend making a prior booking of at least one week and a minimum of 48 hours.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
- A Helmet is provided only in the beginning, but we recommend having one personnel.
- If you have an open-face helmet, we recommend protective eye goggles to wear during the drift run.
- Dress for the weather outside and for getting warmer in the car. Shorts are allowed.
- Shoes are the most important. Wear your most comfortable running or walking shoes, but Closed-toe shoes are compulsory.
- NOT ALLOWED: Sandals, boots, open-toe, or heeled or any type of platform shoes are not allowed but please wear respectful clothing that covers your arms and legs for both men and women.
- AVOID: Avoid wearing white or light-coloured shorts or pants as they might get dirty.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
Rescheduling Policy:
- Customers can reschedule their bookings once with no penalty if done more than 3 days prior to the date of the event.
- Rescheduling less than 3 days before the event, 20% charge may occur and rescheduling is done based on availability.
Cancellation by the Customer:
- Cancellation more than 7 days prior to the event: A full refund or option to reschedule is done.
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours before the event: 50% charges and rescheduling may be done based on slot availability.
- Less than 24 hours of the event: No refund / No Reschedule – 100% Charged.
Cancellation by DX Drift:
- In the event of unfavourable weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the event.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will be issued through the original payment method only.
